In partnership with our friends at the Wanborough Great Barn organisation, the Charity will have a presence at the Barn's Heritage Weekend.
A charity representative will be present from 10.30 am to 3.30 pm on both days and giving short, 30-minute talks on four members of the French Section of the Special Operations Executive (SOE) who trained at Wanborough Manor (Special Training School STS 5).
Wanborough is about five miles from Guildford, Surrey, and close to the A3.
SATURDAY 15th SEPTEMBER (Paul McCue)

02:30 - 03:00 pm Section Officer Yolande Beekman, WAAF & FANY - French Section, SOE
No booking is necessary, but it will be best to arrive at least 15 minutes beforehand to be guaranteed a seat.
The Great Barn itself, and the Church of St Bartholomew next door (both listed buildings) are highly recommended for a visit, together with a tour of the hamlet.
